EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer information systems, mathematics or related area and/or two years equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.
- Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including C#, SQL, XAML.
- Solid working knowledge of internet technologies, including HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Flexible and adaptable in learning and understanding new technologies.
- Ability to efficiently manage time.
- Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.

Summary:
|
Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new and existing software applications. This includes writing, coding, testing and analyzing software programs and applications. Research, design, document and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications.
- Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
- Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions.
- Ability to interview end-users for insight and functionality, interface, problems and/or usability issues.
- Hold demos of application changes and progress to stakeholders in order to obtain feedback from them.
