MORE Customer Rewards Program - Terms and Conditions
You agree and are subject to the following Terms and Conditions when you use or
participate in the MORE program in any way.
MORE Program Changes
The qualifications, calculation of earned points, point value, benefits under the program and MORE vendor participation are subject to
change and may be discontinued at any time and at our sole discretion. We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our
sole discretion. Such changes may affect points already received, including the opportunity to use such points. We will provide notice
of modification by posting the revised Terms and Conditions at www.mofbinsurance.com/Rewards/termsandconditions. When required by law,
we will additionally send notice on the modifications to you at a postal or email address we have on file.
Offers and Promotions by MORE Vendors
Some MORE network vendors may offer additional benefits when you present your MFB membership card, such as price discounts on certain
items that do not require you to use points. These additional benefits are offered by the applicable MORE network vendor, are subject
to its terms and conditions and may be changed or discontinued at that vendor’s discretion. Missouri Farm Bureau and affiliate companies
have no responsibility or influence over such offers or benefits. If you use your membership to take advantage of any such additional
benefits, you agree to be subject to the additional terms and conditions of such vendor with regard to such additional benefits.

Missouri Farm Bureau and all affiliated companies and MORE vendors make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind
concerning MORE. All points are void where prohibited by law or regulations and these Terms and Conditions are subject to immediate
change if necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. You release and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and any participating
vendor from all liability regarding your earning and use of points or your participation in MORE.
We make no representation or warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to: any implied warranty of quality,
condition, merchantability, fitness for intended use or a particular purpose or those arising by statute or otherwise in law or
from a course of dealing or usage of trade regarding MORE or the services, materials or goods advertised, promoted, sold or otherwise
made available through a vendor or other merchant. You agree that your purchases of goods or services from a vendor or other merchant
are between you and them, are made at your own risk, and are subject to any additional terms, conditions and restrictions between you
and them. We have no responsibility for delivery, standard, quality, safety, use, suitability or any other aspect of any goods or
services ordered or purchased, except where required by law.
Participating vendors may change at any time and we may terminate or suspend the relationship with any vendor without prior notice
to you. A vendor that is no longer participating in MORE may still appear on marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall we, or any of our affiliates, or any Vendor be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential,
special, exemplary or punitive damages, whether any claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence)
or otherwise (even if any of them have been advised of the possibility of such damages). This limitation of liability shall apply however
damages arise, including, without limitation, whether the damages arise from transactions between you and a vendor, use or misuse of MORE,
inability to use MORE, or the interruption, suspension or discontinuation of MORE.
Expiration of Points
All points earned which are older than three years expire annually on March 31. No redemptions will be allowed for points that have expired.
Redemption
Redemptions and supporting documentation must be received
within 45 days of purchase. Redeemers must have at least one active, qualifying policy within the last 45 days. Redemption
requests must be received within 45 days of the last date on which the qualifying policy was active. A valid receipt containing
the name of the business, description of the product and amount of the purchase must be submitted with each redemption form. The
receipt requirement is waived for redemption of paid Missouri Farm Bureau membership dues and donations to the Foundation for
Agriculture. The minimum amount of any redemption is $10.00.
