"I can attest that Farm Bureau has a top notch customer service reputation. I have never been treated poorly by anyone who has conducted business for this organization. I have had different agents over the 53 years that I have been insured by Farm Bureau. I can truly say that I have always had agents that cared about making sure that I had the best coverage for my needs. I started out at the age of 16 upon becoming a licensed driver. My husband and I have been married for 32 years and we have only had insurance through Farm Bureau for auto, homeowner, farm, equipment, and cattle. We have always been pleased by the treatment we have received from all at Farm Bureau. We haven't had many claims over the years but when we have had one, the adjusters have been fair, professional, and processed the claim in a timely manner. I can truly say that I am very happy with Farm Bureau and that I hope for another 53 years. My hat is off to all the agents, adjusters, local board members and employees of Farm Bureau. You truly have this customer service down!"

"Shortly before leaving for the holidays, my vehicle sustained a rock chip to the windshield. I was concerned about getting it repaired as soon as possible to prevent additional damage. This vehicle was being driven to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving and the extreme weather changes concerned me. I contacted Farm Bureau and filed a claim through the 877 FB CLAIM number and received confirmation of the claim within 2 hours. I received a phonecall to set up the repair at the property in Wisconsin. The original shop was not able to do the repair over the time we were there so they contacted another who was out the following morning. They were able to repair the windshield and everything was done before we headed home. This could not have been an easier experience. I really appreciated the customer service, especially during a busy holiday time. Thank you!"

"My son and a friend were fighting the fire to our house. My husband called our Farm Bureau agent and he said he would be there right away, even though he was out of State with his family. The next day, the agent and claims representative met with us and said they were sorry for our loss. The claims rep handed us a card to help us take care of our immediate needs (hotel, clothing...). The agent and claims rep were concerned about us, not asking a bunch of questions. They called us often to see how we were doing, and the agent even brought us some food. We have made some new friends who are very caring, and you just don't find that anymore."

"I just wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with how quickly Missouri Farm Bureau has handled our claims for a stolen air conditioner. It was stolen at the end of last week. We got the call from our tenant while we were out of town. The after-hours claim service was effective at getting the claim started, and the agents involved were quick and professional. The communication between the agents and us was very impressive. The air conditioning was installed Monday afternoon and our claims check was already in the mail. "I want to thank you so much for your very prompt service on our storm damaged roof. Your expedition of this matter is much appreciated. You and Missouri Farm Bureau were a God-send when we needed you the most. We selected a contractor from your Property Repair Network Program and they were at our home the following day, Friday. By four o'clock Monday afternoon, the work was completed and the crew was excellent in every detail, including cleaning any sign that they were even at our home. "I've been a member of MO Farm Bureau for some 25 years. I haven't had a need to use my insurance until this past year. On the evening of FEB 5, 2011, I heard a loud crash. To my dismay, I found that my porch roof had fallen in from the weight of snow. I contacted my agent and the claim was filed on Monday, FEB 7, 2011. On the same day, the adjuster arrived, took pictures, and requested I obtain estimates. I delivered those on 9 FEB, 2011 and two days later I received a check for the repairs. I also turned in for a loss on my contents on 14 FEB, 2011 and received payment the next day. I could not believe the fast response. MO Farm Bureau has been there for me, and I greatly appreciate the people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with and for the professionalism shown my family. MO Farm Bureau is the BEST!"

"My name is Rita and I lost my home of 20 years and my vehicle in the May 22nd Joplin tornado. Besides the loss of my husband, this is the most devastating thing I have ever gone through. Within an hour of the storm, a family friend contacted our Farm Bureau area manager. When I contacted my agent the next day, the claim process had already began. Two days later, my agent and a claims adjuster came and did a walk through to view the damage to my home and car. They reviewed the insurance policy for my house and my vehicle, which my husband had bought. The adjuster wrote me a check to start replacing my things and find a place to rent. They walked thru my home as if it was their own, being very polite and professional, as well as showing their compassion for what I had went thru. Five days after the storm, I had a check for my vehicle, and less than two weeks after the storm, my agent and claims manager personally delivered the check for my home. I have never been through anything like this and had so many questions. Every time I called my agent or his staff, they always took the time to talk to me. As tough as this situation was, my agent was there for me every step of the way, and to this day continues to be there to finalize my contents claim. My husband always said, "Your insurance is as good as your agent", and I have the best. From the bottom of my heart, I thank Farm Bureau, their area manager, and my agent."
